As new hosts at Airsorted the system seems to work extremely well for us. Taking all the heavy lifting out of the picture. The support staff are excellent answering every query in a prompt efficient manner.

This is my first experience with an airbnb management company. So far my experience has been exceptional! Like any company, there have been some hiccups in regards to relaying updated information to my guests. However, their team is quick thinking and fast acting.

I had high hopes for this service but became very disappointed. They missed the first clean and my guest was left with a messy house with dirty sheets and hair from the previous guest. I had guests called me at 10 pm because nobody from Airsorted out checked their msg and provide check in instructions. Billing is a mystery and they charged my card even after I cancelled the service. I'm going back to just hiring a standard cleaner.

Really like working with them. My account executive is super responsive and always there when there are issues. Onboarding was also super smooth and super glad I went with Airsorted as a management company.

AirSorted works well for me. They got me up and running and booked by 12 different guests since late Sept 2018. I have a 4.9 overall rating on AirBnB (although this is partly because my Toronto condo is awesome on its own). They save me a lot of hassle. Their cleaners take pics of peculiarities so I don't have to visit the property myself to check on simple things, they even arrange handyman services and replenish supplies like toilet paper and soap at cost. I live an hour away from the property, but every time I visit, its all refreshed and setup better than a hotel. Communication is good. My AirSorted rep is ultra friendly and writes very clearly and concisely, saving me hassle from back-and-forth. I would recommend giving this service a try, especially if your place is BnB-worthy and you're too busy to handle it yourself.

Just an awful property management company that does not care about you, your property, your airbnb reviews or your bank account.For starters, their pricing is deceiving. There are additional charges for basic things like garbage removal and inspections (ie. To check if someone has stolen/damaged something in your home).The cleaning service they provide is poor. If you use this company do not rely on their cleaning... make sure you give your property a good cleaning after the airsorted cleaners leave... And don't let them provide cleaning supplies (I was charged $537.52).Incompetent account management... they lost 10 of the 12 keys I provided to them... they installed a broken lockbox at my property and then proceeded to leave my keys inside with the front face completely open... and they do not adjust nightly pricing for local events (ie. Caribana, Pride etc)...If you're thinking about using this company my thoughts and prayers are with you.

This is an illegal company ALEX IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!! THEY DO NOT TAKE TAXES OUT OF EMPLOYEES PAY! They pay them under the table and fire to rehire also they are not best quality to use for Airbnb’s please go with another company!!!

We had a bad experience with them! They advertise a lower commission fee than the competition but the truth is their fee calculation is misleading (calculated on top of the cleaning fee, HST excluded, etc.). The cleaning fee they charge to the guests is outrageous and will most likely make your property totally unbookable. Billing is a complete mystery and the service is poor to none! My recommendation: LOOK ELSEWHERE!!!

Airsorted has done a great job managing my property. The entire experience has been seamless and stress-free. From the very first meeting, their level of professionalism and attention to detail became apparent. They coordinate everything from photography, writing the listing, vetting out the guests, booking the cleaners, and everything else above and beyond what you can think of...all you have to do is ask! I highly recommend Airsorted if you want to sit back and relax as you make money. Worth every penny!

Airsorted has allowed me the freedom of leaving my home in their hands without any worry or hassles. They take care of everything for me, so all I do is enjoy the outcome, a decent bit of extra cash in my pocket every month! I highly recommend based on the ease, the friendliness and transparency of the experience from my account rep to the cleaners. Amazing. If you are thinking about renting out, but haven't gotten around to it, Airsorted is for you.
