Fought with me about one balloon that popped before I got in my car. One out of three. Came back and the lady who works there expected me to pay for another balloon. Followed by ignoring me, and telling the next customer to come up the counter. Great customer service (insert sarcasm)!!!! Never coming back. You officially lost a customer and ruined a good day for my family. Work on customer service. $2 for you isn't too much of a loss. The cost of the balloon was likely 50 cents at the most. Guess that's more important than customer retention!

It was my first visit and unfortunately will be the last one!They have good items, but the employee is very mean,I recommend visiting them at all.

Store is good but a bit pricy and if they concentrate on $ items would be good and not gave items ranging from $5 to $15 occupying space .

They do amazingly beautiful hilum balloons at a very cheep price as compared to the nearby stores. Also the customer service is pretty good, I must say.

I usually buy stuff from here but recently had a bad experience about their helium gas filled balloons, it stayed up hardly 2 hours. previously bought from party city and other places lasts few days, I bought 10 helium balloons and when called them they said balloons have only 5 hours life so they can't do anything....it was not one or two I bought 10 of them....got very disappointed from their customer dealing.

AVOID THIS STORE. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AWFUL. THEY SELL BROKEN ITEMS. I purchased a toy for my son and the toy was broken. Went back to see if they could resolve the issue as It had obviously been broken before I bought it. The decent thing they could’ve done was exchanged it for another but they don’t care about their customers. You go support small businesses and this is how you get treated… You are better off going to Dollarama where they will actually help you. They upset a child over $4.00, It costs $0.00 to be a good person. The greedy family that own this store are going to get awful karma. Do better.

Its very good store for household items, gifts cards, gift packing materials, kitchen utencils, kids educational items, small small things which everyone need it in home. Very well managed, spacious store.
