I have recently purchased a used vehicle from Leavens and could not have been happier with the experience. Luke Bain was the salesperson I dealt with from step one, never felt pressured to make a deal and was very patient with me, I highly recommend him.I would not hesitate to purchase from Leavens again!

We had a great experience buying our used Acura MDX from Jiaming Song at Leavens Volvo. The buying process was fast, easy and we felt we were treated well by all the staff at the dealership.

Worst Car dealership in London!! Service Manager Dave and GM Chris are very smug!! DO NOT buy New or Used from this location. You will regret it. The Service Department is very incompetent and they will charge you for their inexperience!! Spent over $3k on 3 miss diagnosis and they showed no empathy or concern. They just kept wanting my Money. Extended Warranty is a scam and all you will hear from them is that it’s not covered. Nothing is covered, only your credit card.When the customer has to pay out of pocket to educate and train technicians to properly identify the cause of the issue is unacceptable. Volvo was unable to identify the same issue 3 times and the 4th time another dealership identified the issue and fixed the vehicle. If Volvo fixed the car on the third attempt, it would have cost me over $2k AND the issue would not be resolved. The fact that Volvo takes no ownership over the fact they messed up 3 times is scary!! What if this was an issue with my breaks!! Opps…..sorry we can’t always get it right the first time. That’s what they actually said to me. How many customer’s have they did this too

Excellent experience with Leavens Volvo, especially Jiaming Song, the consultant that worked with my purchase. Jiaming was an absolute pleasure to work with and was very accommodating with my schedule every step of the process and me himself readily available for any questions I had about the car, the process, and the value of my turn-in.From the moment you walk in you can just sense the professional efficiency of their business, with staff readily acknowledging your presence. Additionally, I never felt pressured by the sales team and I felt extremely comfortable with their attention to detail and the manner in which they spoke to me. Overall I had a great experience, bought a car at a great price, and will definitely consider this business again five-to-ten years from now for my next vehicle.

I phoned the service dept in the morning about an unknown sound from my XC60. Shawn, the Service Advisor got me right in, advising about the diagnostics and time required. He quickly arranged for Trevor to give me a ride home (across the city) and when the repairs were completed for Gary to come pick me up. The staff were at all times courteous, friendly and pleased to help. My car was repaired at the quoted price, at the quoted time and was cleaned as new when I got the keys to drive home. Shawn, Trevor and Gray make a great team and I compliment them all for their outstanding service and support.

Just bought a Volvo XC60 T8 R design. Very bad experience. Will never buy anything again. We asked for new breaks and new tires in our deal. We got new tires and no new breaks. On top of it lying to us as well. Very unprofessional behaviour.

I had a great experience purchasing my XC40 from Jay. He was a pleasure to do business with. Very knowledgeable and easy to interact with. I highly recommend him if you are looking to deal with Leavens Volvo.

I’ve only had experience with the service department but have been incredibly unimpressed with the work by Leavens. My vehicle is two years old and I have had to bring it to the service department more times than I’d like to count. On several occasions I’ve had wrong parts ordered, incomplete regular maintenance which have required return trips to the dealer. I have waited over 6 months to have a $10 piece replaced on the seatbelt. I expressed my concerns via email to the service manager and did not receive a response. At this point I would rather drive to Hamilton to have my car serviced and certainly would not consider returning for a future sale.

I highly recommend Jiaming Song at Volvo London Ontario for anyone in the market for a new car. He's a true professional who provides excellent customer service and expertise. Jiaming helped me purchase my S90 and made the whole experience stress-free and enjoyable. Thank you, Jiaming!
