M.O. Therapy - Massage Therapy, Physiotherapy & Chiropractic

I had such a great experience getting a treatment at M.O. Therapy! I’ve been looking for a new massage therapist and physio therapist, so I decided to take a look at M.O. Therapy while passing by the area. I was greeted by Dillon. He took the time to understand what types of treatments I was interested in and what I was hoping to achieve. He booked my initial session with AJ, and I want to emphasize how impressed I was. She was professional, thorough and personable. I immediately got the impression that she was very knowledgeable, and that was apparent throughout the entire session. We left off with her showing me several exercises I should work on at home to further improve my mobility, and to help relieve the tension. I’ve already booked another session and I’m looking forward to it.

I've been at MO Therapy for several months now and every time I make an appointment everyone is very welcoming and enthusiastic. Damian is a knowledgeable and passionate person. He always makes sure to address my concerns at the beginning of each session and focus on those areas while explaining the reasoning behind the issues. First thing first, Good place to be in. Neat, Clean, Fresh environment, and Professional team. They have a great sense of humour and excellent communication regarding your treatment. Their therapists know what they are doing and focus on the best approaches to treat an injury.I have an older man's shoulder injury. :) In my case.Their price is fair, and they do not overcharge you. So be sneaky and get a free session. It may work in my case. :DOverall, I strongly recommend M.O. Amazing clinic for sports rehab. Dillon’s amazing treatment and rehab program is a testament to his plethora of knowledge. The fact that Dillon also has extensive experience in combat sports gives me the confidence to fully trust his guidance. Best physio in the game. If you want to rehab an injury or push your performance to the next level, I highly recommend seeing the M.O team.

Had a wonderful physio experience here with Carrie, who helped me through achilles and knee pain. The staff here are professional and knowledgeable, and make physio sessions comfortable and fun. Carrie made me feel confident in her care and held me accountable throughout my sessions with her. Would highly recommend!

I've been seeing Dillion for a sport related injury and the process has been phenomenal! He is very knowledgeable and personable, making rehab fun and most importantly, effective! Very friendly and welcoming staff. The studio is very clean with a large variety of equipment available to help heal and strengthen your body.

Dillon is the reason I can play soccer again! After 2 years of being sore and not being able to go 100% at the sport I love, I decided to see Dillon after my meniscus operation. Dillon took his time and set out a plan for me to get back on the pitch. 3 months later I can play soccer 5 times a week with no pain.
