My experience with All Star Rv was terrible. The staff are only friendly to get a sale and once the sale occurs all customer service is gone. I recently purchased a trailer from them and within a few weeks I had buyers' regret. I realized this wasn’t the right style trailer for me. I take ownership of the fact that my purchase choice is not their fault, however when I reached out to them (within 30 days) and expressed my regrets I was left with promises to get back to me then nothing. I asked them for options to buy back the trailer with the understanding of significant financial loss on my end, hopeful that they would attempt to keep the loss to a minimum. I was told they needed to look into it and get back to me. Understandable. After 1 week of no response I went back to the dealership. The sales manager stated, again, that they needed to speak with the owner and would get back to me. I expressed, again, that I understood that I would be taking a massive financial loss but was hoping that they would be understanding and would want to have satisfied customers. He stated he would respond to me later that day. I never heard back from them again. All of this on top of the general sales manager/finance manager delaying the deposit of my check for over 2 weeks costing me close to $400 in interest. In addition, the day I picked up my trailer one of the mechanics walked by and said “that’s not your full time tow vehicle is it?”. This caused me great anxiety about pulling the trailer. If this was a legitimate concern it should have been brought to my attention by the dealership before the purchase even happened. While I accept ownership of my part in this bad experience (picking the wrong style trailer) I recommend you stay away from this dealership. Once your purchase is complete they don’t care about you anymore. They also own Western RV and Field of Dreams.

Awesome Amber sold us our trailer for two! She is amazing, so helpful, knowledgeable, no pressure, happy always smiling. We bought in February and didn’t have to pick it up till April. No extra charge! Several calls to Amber for various questions like going out to measure things etc. (We live in Northern BC). When we picked it up, we were given a very through walk thru, explaining where everything is and how to use it! We highly recommend Amber and Western RV.

Awful sales tactics during tough times. Sales guy posting in community fb groups, during province wide emergency fire evacuations, trying to get sales off of people who are evacuated and struggling with money. Avoid this place.UPDATE: Instead of reaching out to rectify the situation they are claiming this review is false, when I have screenshots and proof of their sales rep David Cooper trying to get sales off of evacuees. Supplying links that have nothing to do with the actions that caused this review does NOT rectify or have anything to do with this issue. If the sales rep didn’t do anything wrong then why did they delete their sales post that this review is about? Own up to your mistakes.

First time trailer purchase. The whole crowd was great, but Amber was the star of the show! We had been all around and had had it with pushy sale people. Amber treated us like friends (and didn’t push upsells we wouldn’t use). A fantastic experience all around.After purchase I mucked up the water heater (I’m new ant this) and at 7pm Amber walked me through a reset. Amber sounded happier than I did when hot water flowed, and even reiterated to call anytime. It’s a level of customer service often talked about and rarely seen or experienced.

If I could leave a zero star review, I would. Upon visiting Western RV and finding the RV of our dreams, my husband and put all of our savings($116,000.00), into purchasing our forever home away from home. After fully paying for the unit on June 22, 2022, we were informed that there was a hole in the fresh water tank, and would likely not be using our new trailer for the season. We agreed to take the unit and not use the tank, and they would come and replace it when the new one arrived. This took until fall, and several phone calls to get it replaced. I am positive that without the constant checking in, this would have never been repaired. In the meantime, our fireplace remote has never worked, also noted on the customer orientation package and one of our oven knobs has since broken off. Over 2 months of phone calls and text messages(hundreds of calls & text placed, rarely receiving a call or text back), we are a complete loss as to what to do with our warranty that is not being honored. I would highly recommend that if you are considering purchasing from Western RV, that you look elsewhere. I have never been so dissatisfied with customer service in my life.

Thank you for guidance in finding the perfect Camping trailer. Awesome people to work with and friendly staff. What sets Western RV aside from the rest, is the fact that they are not pushy like other dealerships. Special thanks to Amber Knul. She is great to deal with and prompt responses. Myself and my partner just recently bought a trailer from here and had a lovely experience. We highly recommend Greg, he went above and beyond for us on our trailer search. Even after our sale he took the time to help us find the proper bed sheets for the bed and truly wanted the best for our family. Thank you Greg!!

Olaf and Larry were helpful the day we purchased our 5th wheel. We arranged delivery to our lot and the process was seamless. Once delivered we were missing a hose for the outdoor shower and the power cord, again taken care of seamlessly. The 2 star review is because when our brand new trailer was delivered we found that the large (about 7 foot) blind was missing and one of the mounts was ripped out of the wall. I've tried following up several times and was told it's busy so they haven't gotten to it. I went yesterday and was told at least 2 months for the blind but not that it was ordered or any form of being apologetic. I'm so utterly disappointed that we now have to go purchase blinds to cover this huge window to keep our trailer comfortable for the summer. The window will let way too much heat and light in uncovered and summer will be over if/when they decide to take care of it. Just the reply well it has to be ordered from the manufacturer. After spending such a significant amount on our dream trailer I felt like once the sale was made they didn't care. There was no explanation about the damage or apologoes for the fact that a brand new unit should not be damaged and missing pieces or that it was missed when they supposedly checked this unit over. Before this issue I would have highly recommended them but the unbothered attitude makes me not want to recommend them to anyone.
