GoGiYa Sushi n Poké

one of the BEST poke bowl I’ve tried in Ottawa, if not THE best! Ordered the salmon poke bowl with spicy mayo and terryaki sauce on the side, it was SO fresh and delicious! The order was accurate and it took not more than 15 min, great service and generous portion!! I like that they open til late at night too, I definitely recommend this place and will be coming back!

After the Ottawa Pride parade, I was looking for a quick bite and stumbled over this lovely place. Not an extensive menu but very fresh. The salmon poke was just delicious. Will be back to try other items.

I was very pleasantly surprised!The tuna kamikaze roll was delicious. It was better than a typical ‘pretty good’.But they could improve on their rolling bc some of the rolls fell apart.The chirashi was just so good.. I was very happy while eating hahaThe serving size is big, and I absolutely loved how they put many big chunks of sashimis in there. They were huge!They didn’t hesitate on how much ingredients they put in. It was delicious!I will definitely come again.+ the quality and quantity has degraded a bit..

Gogiya Sushi and Poke stands out as the ultimate destination for poke bowl enthusiasts. The sheer deliciousness of their offerings is truly remarkable and leaves a lasting impression. The flavors are so incredible that I find myself craving their poke bowls on a daily basis. The only small suggestion I have is that it would be even more perfect if the fried chicken wings were priced a tad more affordably.

Have been here a few times and their poke bowls are absolutely delicious. Their sushi is really good too. I would recommend the salmon bowl, it tastes so creamy, fresh and hits the spot. They do take a bit of time with their orders tho so you might have to wait longer than expected.I have only had one unpleasant experience where they messed up my order (gave me the wrong ingredients and protein) even tho I saw them type it all into their system and on the receipt. I’m not sure if that was just a bad day for them or what but there was also a hair in my bowl so I was really upset with all the mistakes and that combined and had to go all the way back and they were accommodating and made me another bowl and gave a refund for the other one. I appreciated that.Overall, I still like them and would go again. It ends up costing around $20 (+tip) for a bowl so know that but their ingredients are very fresh.

We really enjoyed the Super Poke bowls we ordered. Ingredients were fresh and generous. We got some edamame and Korean fried chicken as appetizers. The service and dine-in experience was good. Just note that the area is relatively small (maybe 8 or so tables). Would definitely go back if I’m in the neighbourhood.

This is our favorite restaurant here in ottawa! we go there every week since we moved here and we love it! The attendant is very gentle and the food is amazing. My favorite dish is the salmon poké and my husband loves the gogya chicken bowl with the rice. By the way the rice there is one of the best we've ever eaten, super soft and sweet in the right amount. thank you gogiya! I highly recommend!!!

Soooooo good. My gosh the ingredients were so fresh and it tasted amazing. Portions are huge I could barely finish the bowl. Would highly recommend.
