Good little store. Very helpful staff but not pushy. They only carry good brand comfort shoes, boots and accessories and there is nothing cheap" in the store. They do carry a good assortment of footwear. Returns are swift and easy. Ample parking available in the mall lot. Each store is separately accessible from the exterior only. Area is covered by overhead roof when walking each strip from store to store. I will return."

I can't say much about the actual inventory, but similar to other reviews, my family and I had a very confrontational experience with two female employees at the store (one older blonde and one younger brunette). Also similar to other contributors, it appeared to be discriminatory as we did nothing to instigate negative customer service. Please avoid this location if possible - I would have if I had read the reviews beforehand.

I bought a pair of slip pink runners last week. I did not notice that one was faded and looked like a different shoe until I wore them. They did exchange them for another pair, but the manager was not nice about it.I bought another pair of shoes that same day and said not to give me back my receipt.The way I was talked to by the manager, made me feel that she was accusing me of spilling something on the shoe.I like there selection, but I will not go back.
