Starting and trying to run a business for the first time is no easy feat. As a first-time, female business owner in a creative field (graphic design), there were a number of insecurities and uncertainties about whether I was on the right track or not.Just a single Business Development Consultation (BDC) with Phil helped put those insecurities to rest and gave me confidence, motivation, and a fresh wave of excitement about my business. He was enthusiastic, warm, open and challenged me to think about aspects of my business I had never considered before. Not once did I feel like I was being judged or belittled, or made fun of (a previous fear I had about seeing a business coach).Phil has also been incredibly supportive since our first meeting, celebrating little successes and improvements I've worked on. I genuinely feel like he's in my corner, and strongly recommend anyone starting a business, or leading an existing one speak with him. His knowledge and insight is invaluable, and absolutely worth every penny.

I recently had a Business Development Consulting and Coaching session with Phil and it was great! He had a ton of thought-provoking questions for me as well as a boat load of suggestions. In the 1.5 hour session, I took 3 pages of notes and have plenty to work on implementing into my business over the next month.
