I was stuck trying to figure out how to pay for a US delivery custom charge and I was given help. They did not realize however that a tracking number is on the slip they put on your door should you miss delivery. But, they were polite, tried to answer my questions, and I got a real person to talk to on the phone. So thanks guys! You did a good job of being polite and aiding me in my search! Cheers!

My mother in law ordered a recliner from Costco.ca as a welcome gift for our newborn. There was a delay in the time of delivery, no updates on its arrival. Then we were notified that it would be sent out. I stayed home the whole day and waited. It didn't arrive. Then the next day, same notification: it would be arriving by end of day. Around noon, I still hadn't received it so my mother in law contacted them to see where it was. The employee told her it's here" meaning it hadn't been put on any of the trucks. Friendly staff very helpful

Three times I had the courier walk up and down our steps and leave, no ring or knock just threw a ‘Missed Delivery’ tag on the door. The third time I saw him come and go I was able to chase him before he left in his truck.What a joke.
