Over tightened my drain plug and now it will not come off. We had all of our oil changes there and when we went last with our jeep they could not get it off and striped it. They asked who did it last and I informed them that they did.My mistake was leaving and not dealing with it then as we were moving and I figured the next place would just need an extractor socket. Needless to say it will not come off with an extractor and impact gun.Of course they take no responsibility and will not warranty the repairs to get it off. Further I was informed they have no insurance for this.I guess if I need a new oil pan they do not see a problem.

I've been bringing company trucks in for oil changes for the past year and everytime they do stellar work. These guys are amazing. They do solid honest work. Keep it up gentleman!

Very expensive. Air intake on a diesel hose clamp left loose. Additive added to diesel fuel without permission. I try to spend locally but they have to be trustworthy. Many are not.

I purchased my own oil and filter (after purchasing my friend could not do the change for me) called to see discount being I would be bringing my own supplies. I thought being I spend $60 on supplies and wouldn't need theirs pricing would go from the reg. $70-$80 to approx. $30-$40. However they just take a total of $9 off the oil change still paying a minimum of $60 for the oil change. Strongly dislike .. never buy your own supplies just pay an extra $9 for theirs.

During my oil and fuel filter change, they accidentally broke a fuel line fitting to my injectors. They dealt with it and handled situation great!! I told them my truck didn't leak until they touched the filter. They were apologetic and explained they couldn't find leak. The owner came in, inspected and investigated. Ran to the smyle gmc dealership and returned. Showed me where problem was, explained wait on parts, and again apologized. Offered a ride anywhere I needed. In the end... they fixed problem, replaced fuel line, and no extra cost. All while dealing with frustrated me and other customers. The situation really sucked... but definitely handled themselves respectfully and professionally. Good job to them! And thank you for your services.

The guys are great and quick but the price at this location is absorbed... 100$ for a regular oil change on a 2.4l v4 engine is overkill

Oil change was quick and easy but trying to get the filter off for the next oil change was brutal, pretty much caved in the filter with the amount of applied force trying to back it out. Apparently the employees don’t know or follow the instructions for filter install.
