Customer Service has always been amazing but today Brianna went above and beyond. Thank you for being so honest and right away messaging me about my wallet. I was struggling bring 2 big bags of dog food into my SUV and dropped my wallet with money, lottery tickets and all my ID. Brianna brought my wallet to my house with everything in it. Honesty goes a long way. Your store and coworkers are amazing which you are all appreciate. Happy holidays

Staff are friendly and knowledgable. Curbside pickup is hassle-free, and has the option to pay over the phone or at a wicket. We are extra happy because the punch-card loyalty program also applies to food for our small pets, not just the dog. Thank you!

My purchase was $38 before taxes but only got 3 stamps...it should really be 4 stamps its closer to $40 dollars. I asked she said NO...but ok....I may consider not going there again. I like fairness and this was not fair at all....lose a customer??

Great little local store. I’ve been having trouble finding high quality cat food, and they have the Fromm brand cat and dog food which is top notch. Also have ample supply of frozen rodents for snakes which other big box stores can’t keep in stock. Very impressed and will be back!

Staff are great and helpful, however the pricing leaves a bit to be desired, especially when you can go elsewhere in town and get the same thing cheaper. Overall, a good experience, but I left without buying anything due to either low selection or cost.

Cashiers are always friendly, and helpful. Prices are actually better at pet smart but it's nice to shop local. And to the blonde that works there wearing those very tight pants. I swear I walked into that shelf on purpose, I was testing its durability.
