Stood at the counter for 10 mins with a tool I wanted to purchase.The lone worker at the order desk started helping pther customers before me.Giving me the 1 min i needed to order the tool from amazon.caWish i would have saved my time and just did that in the first place.Im sure this buisness is great if you need to buy HVAC supply enmasse. Just not great for joe blow tradey trying to buy single tools.

I was able to buy the pieces I needed to fix my furnace for much cheaper then action furnace was trying to scam me into. I am not a furnace repair man and went in with pictures and the manual on my phone. The guy who helped me at the counter was not very helpful at all in helping me grab the correct piece. The picture I took didn't show the needed info but I had the manual in my hand with all the info and he didn't care. Cost me a second trip.

The staff here are friendly and welcoming. When they’re swamped, I usually kill time “window shopping”. They have a good selection and typically have what I need in stock. For special order items that I’ve got in the past, they’ve been good at keeping me up to date as to what’s going on.

Whatever you do... Do NOT give them your phone number. Sinclair Supply has called me over 30times in the last year looking for various different people. There's something wrong with their system. I have asked them numerous times to fix it and no one seems to know how.

They had 45 of the seemingly impossible to find intertherm hot surface ignitors that I needed one of. In stock. Amazing!I would check here for anything intertherm.Wish more companies would spend the money and stock parts that people need urgently like furnace ignitors.
