Healthy and surprisingly filling! The portion looks a bit small but kept us full for hours! Even when we burnt a lot of calories hiking. A bit pricey but we understand why considering the ingredients they use are pretty high quality.

We are regulars for frozen pre-made meals that we buy at sequoia and sterlings in moncton. Nelas kitchen's hummus is the best.The meals (all of them - weve had many!) Are consistently amazing. Delicious and healthy food. Always well seasoned and perfectly proportioned. The ingredients are top notch and you can really tell the food is carefully prepared. I honestly can't speak highly enough about the quality of this food! Thanks for being so awesome Nelas Kitchen!
