I contacted this woman Francis to do my hair after contacting her multiple times through emails and phone calls I finally got a chance to speak with her today. I described my frustrations with her about professionalism and the lack of returning phone calls. If your a business owner don't you want money in your pockets by accepting potential new clients?? This woman told me SHE will decide how my hair is done as she is a professional stylist. PROFESSIONAL?? Girl you can't even return a phone call or an email. How dare you! This is an important day for me and you completely killed my vibe. DO NOT use this woman for your hair. RUDE. NASTY ATTITUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. It's her LOSS and I'll be letting everyone I know how ignorant she is.
