Walked in and was ignored.Walked out and down the street to Staples where i was helped.I would not recommend this UPS store.

The man that works here is the most unfriendly and unhelpful person ever. It’s always uncomfortable coming into this store or dealing with this human. He should not be working in a customer service setting.He refuses to take large packages at certain times of the day because it’s inconvenient for him. And when asked what other UPS store will take large packages he says “I don’t know”.

I called them to check if my package is there because that's what a UPS agent told me but the only thing they did was yelling at me. I'm not your emotional trash can.

The staff was friendly and patient. He did his best to help me find the missing parcels. Often the delivery persons of UPS mess up with addresses and notifications, but it has nth to do with the staff at access points

Peter, yesterday's ups driver really saved the day for me! I missed a delivery but ran into his truck on the way home he was extremely nice and took a minute to find my package in the truck. The guy was so nice and a really hard worker. It meant that i could go visit my family instead of waiting for the package an extra day. He was on a tight timeline but took the time to help me out. Great service, give the guy a raise!

Rarely do I ever write 1 star however the worker there ( Asian gent in his 50's or 60's ) can learn how to treat people with respect who come in with proper documentation and proof of address to retrieve their parcels.When did we become third class citizens? Pathetic treatment of customers - I will never do business with them again .I sympathize with the other customer reviews here who had a poor experience. I had to see it for myself - its true. 1 star is giving too much for this place.

GO HERE IF YOU NEED PREPAID RETURN LABEL!!!Did everything perfectly!!! Wish I came to this one right away.. could've avoided all the hassle and time wasted on other places. This location is organized and clean and they had ac on which was super sweet for a hot summer day lol

Lovely owners and excellent service! I was anxious about shipping some personal items across the country and they were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I didn't get the fellow's name but Jean was very sweet and hilarious! Don't understand the negative reviews to be honest, had a great experience.
