KDS Networks, KDS Fiber

I am extremely happy with my internet service from KDS Networks. I used to be with Century Link and their service was really slow and was down a lot.I work from home, so internet is extremely important to me. KDS just upgraded my house to the fiber optic cable service and now it is even better! The folks at KDS are also very responsive. If I ever have any questions or issues with service, they are quick to assist. I appreciate the online chat on their website if I need a question answered. I hear they will soon upgrade to 100 kbps and hope to bring it up to 300 kbps! They are expanding their service from our area in Woodland Estates, so if you are interested, you should sign up immediately. Your home value will increase by having this fiber service available (especially if you sell and the buyer works from home).I would wholeheartedly recommend their internet service. Well- I am impressed! Sadly, after a busy work week, I sat down on a Saturday to pay my bills, when I accidentally spilled my coffee on everything. The KDS bill took the worst hit. I dried it out and it looked nasty and brown…I wrote the check and included a note apologizing for the state of the payment coupon and popped it in the mail. It absolutely made my day yesterday when a card arrived for me in the mail. The KDS team sent a card and a gift card for a cup of coffee on them. I am blown away! You wont get that kind of kindness/personal touch with a big name company! I am hooked on KDS for life!

We have had KDS service for quite some time - We recently had the Fiber installed!! It couldn't have happened at a better time - as our kids are all doing school from home - there is plenty of internet for everyone now. Thank you as always for the fantastic service.

Just wanted to give a shout out to KDS. Not one to complain and our old service at our place of business worked and got the job done. But then we were then introduced to KDS about 8 years ago and as a relatively new business we had our doubts and fears. We stepped out and tried them as the owner and his partner met us in person and offered a service that would do all our other service was doing but at about 1/3 the cost. It was a risk worth taking! The service has been spectacular. We always hear back from KDS within a reasonable amount of time, we have never waited more than a minute to get a real life person, when problems have arrived they have been out within 24 hours every time where the old would take up to several days and we had to place a ticket, wait for a response and on and on and on, and overall the experience has been wonderful at a fraction of the cost.The reason for leaving the review today at not sooner... well... we recently had some internal problems in our own equipment. When they came out to make sure their equipment was working correctly they helped us find our internal problem. They then told me exactly how to fix it and said to let them know if we needed anything else.In our opinion we have tested and tried them and feel they have gone above and beyond every time. For internet and phone service in the outlying areas of Great Falls we really believe they are the best option.

With some of the fastest response time in the state of Montana and exemplary service, I can honestly give a five out of five star rating.Live on the middle of nowhere and want internet but don't feel like paying life and limb for one bar of service?I suggest looking into KDS Network, not only because of how good of a job they do, but because of the customer service, their reliability, and their dedication when it comes to getting you set up and ready for anything you may need internet-wise.Being someone who lives in the middle of absolutely nowhere, with a half hour drive to get anywhere, I can guarantee that KDS will make that trip and installation worth it!Don't pay your entire savings for big company internet providers! KDS has hands down the BEST employees! Regardless of the time of day or what my needs are, they are expedient and friendly! They have helped me upgrade my service minutes before they close and have provided tech support after hours for something that wasn't even internet related. I am grateful to live off the beaten path and even more to KDS for providing world class customer service! ♥️♥️ they truly champion their customers and no matter how small of the win, they celebrate with you!

Small Business with need for a reliable internet. Lost internet from Century Link on 26th of June. Waited and waited for it to come back up. Finally on 5 July I said enough. Contacted KDS, they were out the next day and gave me new much faster service. Thanks to the whole KDS team for the outstanding support.

GO WITH A COMPETITOR. KDS PRICES ARE REPREHENSIBLE.Moved about 6 miles outside of Great Falls and found that KDS was the only provider in my neighborhood. They only provided wireless internet at the time and we bought the 12 MBPS plan for $100 a month. Problem was that we only got 12MPBS when everyone in the neighborhood was asleep. Otherwise it was usually half to 3/4 of that. The price for that speed is abhorrent.When I notified KDS the staff was REALLY nice and responsive but they blamed the network issues on all sorts of things except the real issue… KDS oversold for what their network could handle. I dropped them for cellular when it became available and have enjoyed 20-40 MBPS for $50 a month.KDS is now doing Fiber in our neighborhood and I’ve pleaded with ALL my neighbors to decline and sign up for Starlink instead. Their prices for fiber are despicable. Ziply Fiber in Libby Montana offers Gig internet for $60 a month. They’re taking on a company that had a monopoly there. KDS is taking advantage of people since they have a monopoly. Shameful.Love the free market and tell everyone I meet to choose a cheaper competitor. Maybe that will cause KDS to normalize theirs prices?
