I'm praying the receptionist for Dr. Nguyen finds a job she can actually bear doing or at least undergoes much needed customer sevice training as she is incredibly unpleasant from start to finish. If you're unfamiliar with the area, arriving 35 minutes prior has proven to be insufficient and calling the office for help navigating as a last resort is also not an option as they place you on hold for far too long, and then are disrespectful upon arrival. Dr. Nguyen herself was absolutely wonderful with a thorough examination and explaination of everything with great detail. Dr. Nguyen was very helpful and took care of my needed perscriptions while also considering my finances and benefits plan. Dr. Nguyen herself is a wonderful doctor, however, the rest of the trip was a nightmare due to the horrendous reception and parking.

I have been seeing Dr Christopher Matthews for over 10 years now. He has always been personable and thorough and listens to my concerns. When I had my kids he referred me to a great OB who also complimented his thoroughness. My husband and kids also see him and we all appreciate him and his hard work so much! When I had concerns for my daughter with an ear issue he referred us to a specialist even though it appeared nothing was wrong. He trusted my instincts as a mother, which is huge cuz many doctors will only trust what they can see, and we solved the problem because of it! When needing a PAP more recently I had the option to see his female assistant Susan Paul. She was easy to talk to, her questions were easy to answer. It’s the most comfortable and pain free I’ve ever been during a PAP and she took my concerns seriously and is ensuring they are addressed appropriately. Extremely happy with my experiences over the years! My only issue would be reception. The previous one Angela was always kind and personable. I find the current girl abrupt and she does not sound friendly or try to smile even when I have my little ones there. However she does seem to be very organized and on top of things at least, I’d just like to feel less anxious approaching her.

Dr barnes is very disrespectful because I had a phone call with him today and explaining everything that is going on and he said that is impossible for it to do that and something else to about my Brain and I would not recommend this doctor. He has to listen better and believe the patient when they say something.

Dr. Buchko is incredible. She’s extremely kind, professional, attentive, detail oriented and her communication is so prompt! I’ve had some not great experiences with doctors in the past and was without a GP for years. Finding her has made me feel so grateful. Thank you!

I'm rather conflicted about this rating. It's not so much about my doctor but about the HORRIBLE website. My doctor is relatively new to the clinic. One would think that if there is a page devoted to new doctors at the clinic, that my doctor would be included on there along with contact information if I want to make an appointment to go see her. You go to Google the clinic to get a main number/switchboard...NOPE! it's an individual doctor's phone number!There are dead Links/404 error messages on the website and absolutely no way to contact the clinic in general. The lack of maintenance and thoroughness on this website is a complete turn off.My doctor on the other hand is pretty good. It's too bad that you can't reach her. I'm sure I'm not the only one to be incredibly frustrated with this website and lack of contact information about her. When you are in pain and want to see your doctor It's ridiculous to have to navigate an awful website only to come up empty.

Encountered 2 receptionists here today, I won't mention names, you know who you are! They were both extremely rude and not very helpful. They said I was a no show last week, even though I arrived with a letter and e-mails confirming my appointment. Unfortunately they changed it and didn't notify me. Then apparently sent a TEXT to my home phone. First off, texts do not go to land lines and secondly, how many seniors use TEXT msg? But it was all MY fault, the computers fault, the referring surgeons fault and on and on. I've been waiting 6 months for this appointment. Have some common sense and common decency please!

The receptionist for rheumatology is the rudest person I have ever encountered. My first visit she complained I was 2 minutes late, I was still 13 minutes early!I phoned today for assistance and she was so rude and short with me and said she could not assist me. There is no need to be so rude.

Dr Anang needs to work on sensitivity towards patients when revealing a diagnosis. Just because you are well informed because you see things like this all the time...doesn't mean your patients went to university and medical school with you. Rambling on underneath a mask...I could not understand half of what he said. When I asked questions he would respond almost as if annoyed that I wasn't listening because he just explained it". He made me feel like nothing was wrong with me

Dr Buchko has been my family doctor for over a year and I couldn’t be more happy with her. I didn’t have the greatest experience with my previous family doctor, but Dr Buchko has been such a blessing. She makes you feel very comfortable, listens to you, answers questions without making you feel rushed. She possesses a very gentle demeanour, and is genuine, kind, caring and sweet. The receptionists are also super kind and helpful. I’m very thankful for Dr Buchko and her team.

Dr. Harbinder Benning cares little about his patient, always pushes you out the door with more medication that makes you worse. Worst kind of doctor, never listens or tries to help with anything other than the latest and greatest drug to better line his pocketbook.
