Lucky Feet, Massage and Reflexology

I found a great deal on Groupon for this massage place which was very well worth it. The place is clean and very peaceful which is ideal for a massage. The foot reflexology and back massages are really worth the price. The staff are quite friendly but some staff have a bit of trouble understanding English but that's not a huge deal for me. I'll be back here again instead of going on vacation this year to save some money.

I’m been tried too many massages place but always got bad experiences. And I give myself try another one which is here. I cannot be happier with their service. Gentle, relax and enjoy every moment with Moon. Also really impressed by greeting welcoming from the receptionist Helen. Not resident at this area but will comeback for the great service!

Had a couples massage booked with my husband. We got a call an hour before the appointment and they asked us to come to a later appointment, which we obliged. My masseuse ended up coming in to the room and starting 5 minutes before my husband's which was a bit awkward as we were wondering where his masseuse was. We didn't mind that they didnt speak English as the massages overall were quite relaxing. However, what was upsetting to me was when it came time to pay, and I left what I felt was a fair tip and the receptionist Cami put me on the spot and asked me why I didn't give more money. It was extremely rude for her to ask and poor customer service considering we were flexible for them and are regular customers. I am well aware from a masseuse that used to work there that out of the $50 it costs for a massage only $20 goes to the masseuse. If management is instructing their receptionist to question customers on their tip and put them in an awkward position having to justify why they felt the tip they gave was appropriate, perhaps they should consider giving more of a share of the cost of the massage to the masseuses.

It was my first time here and I was little bit worried after reading few bad reviews. However, I knew with a massage place like this, it depends on whom you get as a masseur/masseuse. Since I didn't know anyone, I decided to give it a try since it was super close to my place. First impression was great - place was quiet and kept clean. I booked for a foot massage, and got a masseur named Richard. I haven't been to many massage places, but he was really good. I ended up getting a package (5 foot + 5 body massage) for $ 414.75 ($ 395 + GST). I don't know if I want a body massage from him (since it just feels weird to get a body massage from a guy). I have 9 sessions left, so I guess I could decide later. haha lol*I've read few bad comments about a receptionist. I don't know if it was the same receptionist, but she was nice too me :)Overall, it was a good experience for moi~ :3

Went there on a Groupon. Got the feet and body massage. Feet was great. Body massage was ticklish and a little uncomfortable. Went as a couple, we were both in the same room. I gave them a tip in cash at the end and they asked for more. Kinda left a bad taste in my mouth after that. Won't come back.

I found this place as a Group On buy. I had a 50 minute foot massage and a 50 minute body massage with Richard. The massages were amazing! I already booked again for another set of massages in 2 weeks. This place is friendly, clean, super relaxing, and affordable. I'm so pleased by my whole experience at Lucky Feet.

The employees and owners here are wonderful. Always willing to accommodate you and really listen to what you want. The ambience is great and I have never been disappointed. I will continue attending once a month:) thanks Lucky feet!

Great massage and Guasha done by Maggie, My neck, shoulder and arm were so stiff and hurt, I was unable to raise my arms before the treatment, Maggie did a great job and found where are the issues and I feel much better and lighter after the treatment, booked a section with Maggie right away for the next and I highly recommend her to everyone!
