Shawn is nothing short of a miracle-worker! She was able to release tension and increase mobility throughout my body that multiple practitioners (physio, chiro, acupuncture, etc) were unable to attain over multiple visits. Her ability to listen to your words and read your body makes her extremely effective and efficient. 12/10!

Having struggled with chronic back issues for many years, I have tried a plethora of treatments including massage therapy, acupuncture, osteopathy, chiropractic treatment, physiotherapy… the list goes on... When I have a bad flare up it is Shawn who I now turn to for help. There have been times where I am limping/hunched over before a treatment and after just one treatment with Shawn my mobility improves! Not only is her skill set vast but her calming presence, thirst for knowledge and desire to truly help others heal are just a few of the many reasons why I would recommend her services!

The first time I saw Shawn, I had a shoulder injury. After just one session, she challenged me to do a movement that had previously hurt on the day after my treatment. I waited a day and instantly could perform the movement pain free. As an athlete, Shawn has helped me tremendously with various previous injuries I have had. She not only helps with recovery of any injuries, but also helps with any tune ups my body needs.
