My wrap was handed to me with no napkins through the drive through and was a complete sloppy mess! Don't give out food you wouldn't serve your own mother. I've done your job and it's not hard... learn about work ethic

Well, well, well ... more than 1/2 dozen employees and soooo many issues to put a simple order of two coffees and 5 pieces of donuts together.The good thing: the cinnamon bun exceeded our expectations. Must be really good when fresh from the oven and still warm.

Horrible service, i just ordered a cilantro chicken bowl and he even asked me in the drive through what type of chicken you want and I said crispy. I don’t know what else is the way to clarify that i wanted a chicken one. Now i came at work and gonna start my shift and there’s no chicken in that. Only lettuce and rice. Common you guys i paid for it at-least I can i get is my order right ????

Would not recommend. We ordered two chicken wrap meals at the drive thru. They took a while to come, which would have been totally fine had both our wedge fry containers not been half full. If put together into one container, they barely made a full container. Given its $20 for the two meals I'd rather not be ripped off. We took a picture of the container to show how empty it was.

Dark roast coffee is very good. Pastry was reasonably good. The biggest issue is the blasting alert tones going constantly on and off. Why so loud and why aim them into the dining area? Probably want to drive people away.

I usually care so little about fast food quality and service (no one is going to these places for a gourmet experience). But if you're experiencing a standard Tim Hortons -- go to any other location.The speaker in the drive thru is broken and it's almost impossible to hear. Food isn't heated up properly and is still cold in the middle. Baked goods selection is sparse. Long lines and wait times. Occasionally flooded parking lot.

The worst Tim Hortons in BC, please don’t go there because the employees are unprofessional and impolite. They make me wait for a coffee that has been prepared 3 times. Every time I get a coffee I have a bellyache. I have to repeat my order and this location is not clean.I honestly don’t trust them at all. Not recommended
