A hidden, authentic Indian gem in the heart of Alexandria (behind the Atlantic). Naans by Shubi is takeout only - would be perfect for a date night in or a meal at home with friends. I visited today for the first time for lunch. Shubi greeted me with a warm smile and friendly service. I had the butter chicken and it was hands-down one of the best I've ever had. It was perfectly spicy with a hint of just the right sweetness. Not to mention, the freshly-made naan was amazing! Highly recommended! Thanks Shubi.

Our family had a combo order. It was the most amazing take out meal imaginable. We had the butter chicken, Lamb curry, and chicken pakora, all were amazing! The fresh naan was also incredible. We will return for more 100%. Give Naans by Shubi a try, you won't be disappointed.

Wow! Alexandria is so fortunate to have Naans by Shubi. We enjoyed an outstanding takeaway meal. The flavours were balanced and complex. The portions were just right, even to have some leftovers for lunch the next day. Shubi is charming and delightful. I have been telling everyone I know to give them a try! Where to start!? On arrival I was warmly greeted by Shubi who is a delight. I ordered chicken biryani, butter chicken, daal soup and naan bread for my boyfriend and I to share. Everything was delicious and exceeded our expectations! The portions were generous and the range of flavors made for an exceptional culinary experience. The homemade naan was soooo good! I can't wait to come back for more! Happy to have Naans by Shubi in Alexandria. 10/10 recommend ❤️
