Athlete and vegan meals, all under one roof? I immediately signed up. I’m training for marathon running this spring and summer, and my girlfriend loves vegan food. Great options. I love their baked cod. And the options change often. Highly recommended.

I tried these guys while visiting my father in Mississauga and I was super satisfied with their quality and variety!The biggest difference when comparing to others I’ve tried, would be there air-sealed containers, it makes for a completely different “prep’d meal” experience.If you’re looking for delicious, fresh, healthy meal delivery in Ottawa I highly recommend you try these guys out!
