Dealing with Brandon was a pleasure right from the start. We wanted to put new carpet in the rooms downstairs and hardwood upstairs. We needed to match the existing wood and it was really tough. Brandon made numerous trips to my house with samples. He went above and beyond. The installer came to the house for the carpet and was very polite and did an amazing job. Left the job site after making sure he had cleaned everything. I'm very happy with the service of Barrie Carpet & Hardwood. Highly recommend them.

This place doesn’t deserve even one star. We went first time to choose engineered hardwood. I am not sure because of my skin colour Mr. Brian didn’t allow me to see anything inside, also asked me some stupid questions. How old is your house, which builder built your house, also ask me to arrange day care for my kid and a lot.Not at all recommended this place to anyone.

Went in to get an estimate, they schedule for someone to come to my house , however the day they were suppose to come I got a call saying that they are charging me for the estimate cause of where I live. They clearly knew where I lived cause we discussed it when I was there and he said it was no problem at all.Also very unprofessional when I was there. On his phone , didn’t know much, kept yelling at the guy in office next door asking him questions .Blessing in disguise I guess.

Barrie Carpet & Hardwood was very helpful with my selecting the best flooring for what I needed. They supplied and installed the flooring and Brian was very helpful with consulting on what would work and look the best for my needs. The installation was done in a timely manner and handled very professionally. I also found the product selection was excellent and would definitely recommend them.

We ordered hickory hardwood flooring and Brian was great to work with. Most impressive was the fact that he could source our product much quicker than anyone else (4 weeks vs 8-10 weeks for others). Very competitive price and fantastic communication. Oh yes, and the flooring looks amazing as well - thank you!

We went there to see flooring and get quote so wto have some idea about different products. They said our system is down and we would call you back , we never got any call back also when we are at that place the guy was in his office working on computer all the time we were there. Don't know but he might havproblem with skin color.. n
