Went here at 940 and they looked like they were ready to close all the lights were off so i started to drive away. Then someones voice came on the monitor so i ordered. Refused cash. The burgers were cold enough that the cheese was still in a slice and the teen burger had bbq sauce on it. If this is how your going to send out food because you close in 20 minutes maybe close earlier next time. I get its fast food and its not perfect Never had cold burgers from a and w in my life. Also never had bbq sauce on a teen burger.

The food was good. Two of the empty tables we went to were not wiped and gum under the seats. The men's washroom was a sham however with a diseased looking bottle of industrial soap on the counter, no paper towels in the dispenser and an overflowing garbage can. We are used to our food being brought out to us if it is not immediately ready. Not here, they yell out your table number from the counter. Look out A&W because McDonalds opens this fall and if you even hope to compete, you will have to up your game!

Had a teen burger. About a quarter way though I seen a hair sticking out by the onions. We drove back to take it back wanting my money back but she said she would replace it. No way I could eat another one. She did not apologized. Couldn't care less. Not very happy with this experience.

Unfortunately they did not have the frozen root beer machine or at least that's what I understood. We waited for 10 minutes in the drive through so that the man in front of us could get coffee only through the window and there were no options to go around. Lesson learned either park and go inside to order or do what I am going to do and just not go there anymore.
