It all started from Annette in reception who was very courteous and professional. Asking the proper questions and prioritizing the repairs. Tino arrived the next day, texting me on when he will arrive. I’ve been in the customer service business for over 37 years and was very impressed by the organization of the team. Tino had fixed my garage door in a timely manner. You can see he knew what he was doing. I will highly recommend this company to anyone I know. Thank you for a job well done!

Job completed (Simple broken spring) but technician showed up without a spring to replace, poor communication about how to pay when I asked for an invoice and payment to be made. Head office will be emailing me the invoice and work order later..... strange

Grizzly was very customer oriented explaining the work to be completed & providing updates as the work progressed. The door was installed with a new lift motor & it was tuned to work perfectly.Additionally, the garage work site was left clean & tidy prior to the team's departure. I would highly recommend Grizzly for my residential or commercial door equipment & installation.

From start to finish, this company was efficient, professional and on point with knowledge. Have used their services multiple times and will continue to recommend them to fellow business owners. Ian in the office is a gem- patient, understanding and expedited the service for us (front door not working). Tino was phenomenal- a natural teacher and knew what the issues were instantly. He gave us preventative maintenance tips, and was quick with the execution. Definitely a company worth using for any garage door or door issue.

I had an issue with my garage door closing and when the technician arrived he replaced the spring and he was there less than 20 min. When I got the bill 335.00 Taxes not included it worked out to 120.00 labor/190.00 spring part/25.00 fuel surcharge!! My home is 7km from Grizzly Door system. So over all the price of the spring is marked up a lot and charging me 25.00 to drive there is unacceptable and as a customer I will never use your service again. This review is so anyone else that calls you makes sure you ask what the labor per hour is and is there FUEL surcharge.

Andrew visited our location : he was professional and knowledgeable. He was able to help us as we had a door where the cable was broken . He has given us options so we can be functioning until we come up with a permanent resolution . Much appreciated
