Awesome place to run, bike or walk!This trail is amazing! The trail is along the a creek then leads to Pitt River. Lots of room for groups and biking because the path way is very wide. 4 stars because the parking lot is very small.

I came here at 4am to cry and it was a pretty ideal spot, didn't really see any people until about 5am and by then I was mostly done crying, so I'd say it was a pretty good experience

Enjoyable walks. We've seen eagles, herons and other birds as well as the rare otter or beaver.

A very picturesque walk along the dyke. Great for everyone. See something different everytime, eagles, ducks blue herons, geese, doves and even a couple of swans.

Lovely on either the North or South trail. You can walk for many many kilometers. Very busy on weekends however.

Traboulay PoCo Trail
Wide flat gravel trail along the Pitt River. Various parking spots along this scenic trail. Popular with walkers, joggers, bikers, dogs, and even horses. Visited on a weekday, yet it was busier than anticipated.
