My mom took her car to Abbey Collision for repairs. I can't emphasize how grateful I am for the care they gave her. Wade called her routinely to give her an update on when they could fix her vehicle, how they would do it and how long it would take. The whole process was so simple that my mom felt so cared for by Wade and the team. A shout out to Sue for answering all our questions with such professionalism. Would highly recommend them for customer care and quality of work. The car looks amazing!!!!

Extremely rude staff. They are very happy to take your car but once they have it all communication stops. When we called a week after they had our car it was like we were bothering them. The one blonde lady had a real attitude, she was talking to me like I was garbage. I asked her why she was so hostile, and her response was...I have told you people many times I will call you. The funny thing is I never talked to this angry woman once. I will not recommend this place, go somewhere else. Somewhere the company will Appreciate your business.UPDATE...Your reply is Hilarious, You can lie all you want. We were told our car was ready to go (from the car rental place that wanted their car back) so we went down to your shop to pick it up and it was NOT ready. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. Go Somewhere else where they appreciate your business. A company that feels like they have to take your name off the insurance claim and put it in a review should say it all. Good for a lawsuit really. It is quite clear that they don't care about their customers or value their privacy. Keep it up abby collision pretty soon you'll have zero customers. Extremely poor and rude service.

Had my door replaced by them after someone crashed into me. They took my car in on a Tuesday and had it back to me on Thursday. I’m super impressed by their speedy service and the detailing they did on the inside of my car as well. Thank you so much! My family has been using you guys for our car repairs for years and we’ve never been disappointed.

I had an accident in early June and destroyed the front of my car removing the entire front bumper. From the first phone call the staff at Abbey Collision where very professional. Alex the adjuster inspected my car and made arrangements to order the parts and get my rental car arranged for the date I'd drop my car off for repairs.It took a little more then a week to have the repairs completed, and Alex kept me updated when they needed to have an additional part ordered as well as getting ICBC to included a repaint of part of my car that had some rock chips she noticed. From start to finish I found Alex and the Abbey Collision team to be very polite and professional and would not hesitate to bring my car to them again if I ever needed (I hope not). In addition they fully detailed my car before returning it to me.

Excellent customer service. The staff who answer the phone are very knowledgeable which sets them apart from the other local repair shops I called. Highly recommend.

My vehicle was rear ended in November. With all the snow and holiday season, it took close to 2 months to arrange for the repairs. That said, was worth waiting for.The repairs turned out amazing. The service was truly excellent. Right from the original quote, to booking the repairs, to organizing a rental for me right up to and including regular updates with how the repairs were going.There is a reason this business sees 5 star ratings, it because they earn them. Highly recommended! A fantastic experience all the way around.Thank-you!

Abbey Collision did a phenomenal job repairing my truck. they had it fixed a week before the estimated time as well and the customer service is awesome.I strongly recommend them for anybody needing any kind of repair they even cleaned the inside for me which was an added bonus. Thank you so much Abbey Collision you guys are the best.

Slightly disappointed of Abbey Collision - have used them many times in the past, my daughter just 6 months ago had a door replaced on her car and was extremely happy with their service. I made an appointment on Friday, June 23 to have some repairs done on my car that was hit in a parking lot the day before. My appointment was made for June 30th for an estimate and when I arrived I was advised that they no longer work on any vehicle made prior to 2008 (my Lincoln is a 2006 model). This could have been advised to me a week before!!! I now have to wait until July 10 for an appointment for an estimate from Craftsman Collision that are willing to work on my vehicle!

Terrible customer service! Hung up on me when I was trying to talk to them. The manager was talking over me. She was also very rude and abrupt with me from the beginning of our conversation. I have taken my car here many times and have had good service but I will not be going back and will be informing my mechanics not to recommend them again.Reply: I was quite calm even though the manager/owner was rude from the beginning of the conversation. The only reason my voice was raised was so I could be heard because she was talking over me. There was no swearing, name calling, threatening, or yelling.
