I have been going to CAMIS for mammogram for many years. This past exam resulted in finding stage one cancer. I cannot be more grateful to the techs and radiologists who took care of me. I appreciate their perseverance in diagnosing me correctly and all the staff's compassion.

My appoint arrived very quickly. The staff was super pleasant and I couldn’t believe how quickly they were getting people in and out!

CAMIS is negligent and does not have good practices. Because of their incompetence, and choice not to add notes to their ultrasound exam, I could have lost my baby. Thank god my midwife recommended a second scan with EFW. I will never use CAMIS again and would advise others do not use them and that CAMIS reassess their practices. My biggest fear is that someone else will trust the CAMIS scan and their family will be forever altered in a negative way.

I have been looked after well here at Camis. I have always been treated with respect and courtesy. My results have always come back fairly quick and the staff have made the tests seem less stressful.

It costs nothing to treat people with respect. The first two appointments I would've given 5 stars but this last one was horrible.To be clear, the front desk and majority of the staff are sweet but I had a tech today, Sarah, who expressed frustration when she couldn't see what she was looking for on the ultrasound which really made the experience stressful rather than exciting.With medical services you're already dealing with people in a vunerable position. When I advised that I had to leave after being there almost an hour to pick up my son from school, I was barked at that I should have been prepared for a 45 minute appointment (I had no idea it would be this long based on previous appointment times being over in less than 20 minutes, and was NEVER give an estimate time frame. Regardless, there is NO need to be as rude as she was!)The most frustrating part was the inconsistency. My sister in law had an appointment about an hour before me, our due dates being 1 day apart. This was a down syndrome screening appointment. My sister was advised on her babys measurements, that the ultrasound was healthy and they found no access fluid which can be a sign of down syndrome. She also received CD of images of the baby.My technician Sarah advised they don't share this information which is FINE (though inconsistant with an appointment at the exact facility within an hour ago), but the tone was that I was an absolute idiot as if I was lying or stupid for ever asking for any information about the health of my unborn baby. I was advised I can take a photo of the screen if I wanted pictures, and wasn't shared any information on a measurements or a CD containing images. (The lack if CD images may be due to the appointment running long but there was absolutely no explaination as to why this wasn't offered what can feel alarming). I felt very uncared for and as if I was a nuisance to her day. I left feeling very uncomfortable and embarassed.If you're not able to share certain information, thats fine! But be consistant with this rule across the facility. If you're having a hard time finding the right angle when doing an ultrasound, thats fine! I understand that there are things out of your control and sometimes things take another try. But you don't need to stress out the patient and huff and puff and act as if its your patient's fault when we are already feeling very vunerable. Horrible experience and left in tears.I will be asking to switch to the other location for my next ultrasound.

The imaging and xray division was not pleasant. The front desk receptionists were terribly rude and unempathetic. I was here for an immigration xray and as soon as this was known their tone became very indifferent with me and I began hearing the discriminative whispers and snickering between them. As is I feel helpless throughout the immigration process, and they made it feel that any help they were giving was a luxury I was undeserving of.

At one time I would have given this place a 5 star but now with wait times for a simple ultra sound being pushed out 2 1/2 months I find it to be ridiculous. I don’t ever remember it taking more than 2 weeks to get in, it also took them 2 weeks to call after the referral was sent by my doctor. If you have to wait in pain for that long,there is no sense in even booking.

Had ultrasound for my baby's hips. We only waited for 5 minutes and the ultrasound also takes around 5-10 min, really quick. The doctor was really nice.Nice building as well.
