Perfect place to park if there is a vacancy. Always busy. Mid day midweek is best time to go. Free, easy access/egress.

It can be a bit tricky to park here if you've never been before. The spots are very long, so if you have a longer truck you should have no issues. The pavement is a bit uneven, and if you happen to be parked on the sides closer to the tea house while they're receiving a food delivery, you'll be there a while. There's no spot off the sand to rinse your feet after you park finish at the beach, so just be aware of that if you're hoping not to get sand in your vehicle.

Plenty of parking but you can still walk and bike. Perhaps an object lesson for the City of Victoria..sometimes you can just let things be rather than looking to improve" everything."

This feels weird to rate a parking lot by the ocean. Yep it's a great parking lot. With beautiful views of the ocean. The park itself is the real gem. Lucious greenery, trees and a great space for picnicking. Highly recommend.
