Positive: Staff is friendly and (atttempts to be) helpful. Negative: they know very little about animals and associated products . DO NOT LISTEN TO ADVICE - ESPECIALLY REGARDING FERRETS They are not bad people but they are unknowladgeable and will misguide people who do not know or who are learning. Iv had pet ferrets for over 15 years. This store is near by and I went to buy a few basic things but they come to give ‘advice/help’ but its completely incorrect information and the ‘advice’ if followed would actually be dangerous (ex you ask for vitamin supplements they suggest a laxative..both items should be on hand at home but they are completely different products with different uses and should not be equated). they also lack the proper products and suggest the wrong products. I mean even the very very basic commercial brand name type ´essentiel’ items, I ask if they have & they do not have it and they do not even know what it is. ( for example: Furo-vite and Duk Soup) - they did order furovite since then though.) They mean well but they lack knowledge. They need to inform themselves on the products they sell and on different animals needs before giving out information to people who trust them &/or see them as ‘experts’. Store is clean and they try to give good service but they are lacking in actual ability or knowledge on even the most basic level.

I love this place❤️❤️ honestly I would give it a 10/10 because the people are super helpful and the animals are well treated. Cage/tanks are clean not like every pet store. Love it

Bon service, plusieurs items pour animaux et poissons! Je dirais juste qu’il est un peu plein / serré ce qui rend difficile à passer dans les rangers.

Excellent service. Nous avons arrête là, car nous devions charger notre voiture électrique. Nous avons eu une belle discussion avec les employés. Ils ont été très courtois et très aidant.
