Jon has been a huge help in helping me with with my online presence. I speak no tech whatsoever and he’s been so amazing and most of all patient with me. I was trying to fumble my way through building a website and had no clue what I was doing and he was recommended to me by one of his other customers. I was so happy to have all the old family camcorder videos saved to memory sticks !!! I was able to surprise family with the gift of a memory stick each for them to enjoy and it preserved the old videos no one could really watch anymore . Now family can watch these moments when they want easily. It was so special to save as many people on the videos have passed . Fantastic service and awesome job !
