I went shopping for a cell phone and data plan. I checked out all options at the mall. Wireless wave gave the best deal and laid out all options. I shopped around and came back the next day and got the deal done. Great customer service from them. Sajid was great in helping with the data plan selection and completing the other steps. Mikyas (Mike) helped us today and he really knows his plans, deals, phones, and discounts. He was super nice and was patient as we worked together to find the right package for us. Dealt with the sales rep Mike after initially just wanting a new charger. He looked into my contract that was close to expiring and insisted he could get me a better deal. Ended up walking out with two new phones, ear buds, and several other products with a smile on my face and $80 less per month in total on my two phone plans.Couldn't be happier with how I was treated and my interacting with Mike. Great guy and great service, thank you ☺️
