I've been trying to reach my doctor for over 3 weeks. Phones always busy, they don't answer emails. My face has been painfully cracking with rashes for weeks and it keeps spreading and getting worse. I feel ugly and it burns. I can't believe this Dr's office is still running with how hard it is to reach reception.

Amazing doctor. I have had him as my family doctor since I was 10 and have no complaints about him. He takes my health seriously and is a very genuine person.

Most knowledgeable and concerned Dr in KW. He has had diagnosed me on three plus occasions, that emerg missed. He's saved my life over 3 times.

I absolutely adore Dr. Toews. He’s been my doctor for the past 33 years, and I’m grateful for the exceptional and compassionate care he’s provided for myself, as well as my 5 children.

The doctors are really attentive, caring, and knowledgeable. I took off 2 stars because I've been calling the office multiple times a day for over a week now and I can't get through. It doesn't even ring. I just get the busy sound and then it hangs up. When I do get through and see a doctor, i would give it 5 stars but good luck getting the 5 star service when their phones are always busy and they don't have an email.

I cannot imagine there being another physician and support staff who are as kind, caring, and accommodating as these folks. Dr. Tom Boyrs (senior) is truly is one of a kind. My wife and I are thankful for his attention to detail with our family. Dr. Boyrs and his team have ALWAYS made room for urgent visits for us and our children and he is also part of a team of on-call doctors that has helped us on those few times when we've needed it outside of regular office hours. If I could give 10 stars I would!PS. I know that his son now also takes patients at this office (under the name Dr. Boyrs as well) ... he seems very nice as well ... but I've not had many interactions with him.

Although dr Towes is a nice doctor it’s extremely frustrating to make an appointment I’ve been in tears after calling and there is no way to leave a message so you have to keep hanging up calling back for 30 mins who has time for that?sometimes I resorted to going to a walk in clinic and when I told the receptionist that I would like a referral for a fertility clinic she said he would have to call me back and I’m just imagining the night mare of phone tag so I said I’d have to go to a walk in clinic if I can’t get a hold of him. She was extremely rude to me with a harsh tone telling me it’s not an emergency and it would be in appropriate of me to go. I explained to her that it was important to me and she threatened that the on call drs would take me off there roster! I’m like what am I supposed to do when I can’t get a hold of you???? And furthermore the fertility clinic said I could go to a walk in when I explained I couldn’t get a hold of my dr?im extremely hurt by the way I was treated

I've been going to this clinic since I was a child. The receptionists and front-end staff are always very accommodating, and are wonderful at what they do. I used to see Dr. Borys (senior) when I was a child, he has always been very kind, and understanding in his care. Several years ago, I switched over to Dr. Jacob Borys, and I cannot say enough good things about him.Often times, as a femme-presenting (non-binary) person, in medical care, I have felt dismissed, misunderstood, demeaned, gaslit, and/or not taken seriously about my medical concerns by other practitioners.Not once have I ever felt this way under the care of Dr. Jacob Borys (nor Dr. Tom Borys). His bedside manner is wonderful, he is always very thorough and understanding, he validates my concerns, and actually seems to care about what I am experiencing.With the medical field being as broken and underfunded as it is, it's understandable (especially for a family medicine doctor) to feel burnt out and lose that care for clients, being so busy and often times overwhelmed with patients.I'm grateful to say that I have never experienced that with the care of Dr. J. Borys, and am very grateful to have him as my primary care practitioner.Can't recommend them enough!

I have been going to see Dr Borys since I was born. He and his son are exceptional at their profession, making you feel comfortable, and I always feel like I matter here.

this doctor is in the same office as my doctor, sharing the same office and secretary etc. they never answer their phone to schedule an appointment. I also keep fainting randomly, its very painful and definitely concerning, i told dr toews and apparently dr toews (my doctor) doesn't think i require more testing. he doesn't explain things to me or answer my questions and concerns when i go, he gives me a paper and gets rid of me every time, i leave just as sick and clueless as i was when i got there. in addition i got seizures as a child, i feel like random fainting is something that should be tested especially when there is a history of seizures. i am very unhappy that you guys wont even answer your phone so i can get my medical records and go to a new doctor.
