Every sephora store I walked into...the staff made you feel like you're about to still something...wherever you walk they're asking you if everything is OK and they keep chasing you around..I understand their job is to help costumers to find the right product etc But to me and to many other people I know they should just be less aggressive.

Don't bother placing online pick up. They're not prepared system wise and staff wise. System doesn't send you an email when it's ready to be picked up; order was ready after 2 hours (with me calling ahead to ensure it was ready which it wasn't); Sephora website states pick up is usually within 2 hours. Cashier was adamant that I should have got an email from Sephora when I informed her that I checked my spam and inbox to no avail. (I had to show her my email to confirm infact I did not get any email from Sephora). You're better shopping in store yourself or try your luck with another Sephora store with a working system and happy cashier.

A big thank you to Kit! I was having some skin irritations that left my face red and scaly. It was painful and embarrassing! Kit was kind, helpful and was able to recommend some hypoallergenic products to help cover up my problem areas. She was genuinely interested in helping me find a solution. I can not say enough great things about her! Thank you for making me feel beautiful and more confident!

Last time I went here the staff were super helpful. I was looking for a few clean makeup products because i'm pregnant and they went through several options with me and let me try them. I found three new brands to try and I am happy with all of them!

Was in around 3 pm today and felt like garbage after an employee told me to move my coat off a reserved (empty) makeup chair. There was literally nobody there but apparantly my business wasn't worth the empty air space I was occupying for 10 minutes. Moments later what looked like a friend of hers came in to take up one of the chairs. I ended up spending $250 due to another great employee Melissa, but that treatment left me feeling like I was sephora trash.

Big shoutout to Carly and Georgia for being super accommodating, extremely friendly, welcoming and patient! I usually pre order all of my purchases and just pick them up at this location since I work at another store in the same mall… but today I had time to shop around. I went in and browsed for a while and then exchanged a few items and let me just say these two ladies in particular have always made me feel welcome and not rushed! They help you every step of the way and come across super genuine and the furthest from fake. Would love to shop with them specifically any time I come!

Went in today with my mom and had the worse experience with a worker. She kept lurking around my mom and i, and going in front of us without saying excuse me. This went on for 10 mins until finally my mom said “can I help you” she then looks at me and questions if I’m opening perfume boxes which I was not I was simply smelling the testers. I was about to buy a perfume until she did that. I have worked in customer experience and have never talked to a customer the way she spoke to us.

I think $30 and over is a little" excessive for a small eyebrow pencil. They seem to target the young girls although I saw much older women in there. I guess they really know there clientele?"
