Reigan at front desk was very welcoming! Jayne, who did my taxes, and her team were very helpful. I will be coming back to this location.

I had been coming to the same branch for over 5 years . (2ndAve.Saskatoon)When I arrived at my appointment with Christi to pick up my income tax , I was denied my appointment because I was unable to show photo ID ????. REALLY? In the past , never had to show (Previously had just lost my wallet).I was furious! I then made another appointment for following week . I had told the lady at the desk and Christi what had happened the previous week . Not to mention, I felt like a CRIMINAL!!…..Christi said , “you should have called “ , which I did , no call back …So At my next appointment ,I wasn’t asked to sit down and review my income tax , I was told sign here and here . I was rushed out of her office to pay . I was not asked if I wanted extra insurance, which I always have because I’m self employed.I was not told prior to my appointment that the rates increased . Payed a whopping $430 for a very easy tax return that probably took about 5 minutes .I told both Christi and the lady that I was not impressed and won’t be back . Neither one of them had anything to say and I was basically dismissed after I had payed .There was no follow up email after that either , geez I wonder why ???

Worst employeeI filed tax from them got a query on my file I went to see them again, this gave reply that we can’t help you have to deal ourself.I will not recommend anyone to go here

I've had better luck at other h&r block locations. This one just seems off. I didn't know it takes 3 weeks to file 2 simple tax returns. The lady who answers the phone (Lana) is completely rude, doesn't give you a chance to speak and just assumes what you are trying to say. Needless to say I will not be returning to this location next year. I will stick to my good ol'reliable 33rd st location. I'll be putting in a complaint about this location and how my situation was dealt and handles with. I tried to talk to the manager but the lady who answered the phone told me to just come in and speak to him face to face. I've never been refused to speak to a manager. She didn't even offer to take my contact information for him to call me back I have no idea if my taxes are even done yet or anything. I will be going there to get my tax slips back and fill them out myself. So please don't waste your time at this location, be smarter than I was and go somewhere else. Or do your taxes yourself.

I would rate zero if possible. First and foremost, they accessed private tax information prior to receiving consent to do so. Second, my husband never got his tax refund and when he reached out to the cra they said it had already been processed. He made an appointment with H & R to try and find where his refund ended up and within 10 minutes the conversation went from he was owed $4000, to $1900, to he owed $700. To clarify, his taxes have been submitted and processed already, he has not been audited so there is no reason for this number to change at all. And they tried to charge him $400 for this interaction that yielded no answers. So in summary, I’m not accusing anyone of anything, however I am saying the CRA says he has already been paid his refund, he never got it, and H & R block is saying he owes them more money. Draw from that what you will, it could be merely an impressive level of incompetence.

I went to this hnr block was told id be getting a refund which never happened also tried calling them numerous times left messages no response and when the gentleman working there finally answered he did not want to help me instead he put me on hold for over 25 mins i will never do my taxes here again and i don’t recommend anyone else does either

Wife submitted her taxes to one location then they got sent to this location, took them three months to do her taxes which is now 2 months past the deadline. Do not recommend as they haven't even kept in contact with her. Every time she tried to call them they said the person wasn't in and would take a message for them to call her back, she never did receive a call.

Attempted to contact the person that help us and was unsuccessful. We never heard from them again and it is unknown if there is a return or not when I tried to call, I was not allowed to speak with her. The lady that did the taxes was very friendly and appeared very confident with her work, we just need to connect.

One of the worst places im the entire world, so unprofessional. No respect for customer. Waste of time and money. Dirty place, you can't imagine untile you go there!
