Quite unhappy with mg experience here. My friend and i were out shopping here and he went in and got a pair of brand new Jordan 1's while I was in another store. Whe I saw what he got, I wanted a pair for myself, so i went and asked the same employee for a pair. He denied ever have selling this pair or even having it in his store, and lied to my face. Very upset.

Pretty good experience in store, no issues. Very busy, but good control at door etc. At the end when I was checking out the girl at the till asked for my email for a back up receipt. I said no, but she made it seem like I was supposed to give my email regardless. I was hesitant - only thinking of I was not clear about giviemy email. However she repeated her self. I said again no, then she continued to finish ringing in my purchase.I absolutely lost confidence with Champs right then and there because it seems like they are trying to be shady by collecting my info. She said twice that it only for backup email, but why did she insist it was for back up purpose only. I won't be coming back in the future. They need to review this policy and be more transparent with their payment process.

It's great to have different brands in one store. It gives you a chance to compare and choose.

Atmosphere ok, store rep very bland and blah!! Didn't seem interested to be there kinda disappointed

I will never go this store again! Im trying to buy a Jordan 1 low concord (last pair) yesterday March 19, 2023 I'm holding the shoe before to going to the cashier and one of their staff came to me and said that they will hold the shoe in the front since I'm checking for other shoes. When I came in the cashier they said it was sold to different customer, I spoke with Elle (manager/team lead)who is rude and she said that there's nothing they can do about it was their staff who made a mistake! Never ever to trust their staff!

I walked passed your guy at the front and he doesn't say hello to a single solitary customer. Coming or going, he just stares at you. I was in the store for 10 minutes and not a SINGLE employee engaged my presence or asked if I needed help. I came in to buy 3 pairs of shoes for different reasons and I went elsewhere. Will never be back. Your manager seriously needs to whip that staff into shape.

Great shop ..lots of interesting items

Good place to shop for clothes and shoes. They often have very good sales. Staff quite helpful. If you don’t find a size they check their stock. I like shopping here.
