Beautiful little restaurant that completely catered to my celiac needs. My meal was phenomenal in taste and presentation. Server was super friendly and knowledgeable.

HUB at Hope Bay
Perfect spot on Hope Bay. We came here on our anniversary weekend and sat outside to enjoy the sounds of nature. We ordered the HUB ramen- deep umami flavors with a little bit of zing that isn't too rich. I LOVE soft boiled eggs and chewy noodles! We also ordered the Fall Warm Salad to share and this was a plate I could keep eating again and again. The eggplants were tender and sweet and held a lot of flavors and it pairs well with the crispy tofu and kale. Can’t wait to come back again!

The menu is very limited but what we had was great. They also have a good beer and wine list. Had the Ramen and Mushroom Gnocchi and both were excellent.My only critique would be the seats are old stackable wooden school chairs that were not comfortable. Hopefully they find some decent chairs that properly represent the quality of the food, drinks and service.

Beautiful new restaurant right on the water. It's trendy, modern and creative decor is more than inviting. With good food, drinks, staff, views and wonderful boutique merchandise, they have created a well deserved escape from time for all.We also had two dogs with us and were able to get a table right next to the fence where we tied them up. The chef even saw us arrive on the sunny day and immediately came out to grab the dog bowl and fill it with fresh water for our little guys.

Very cute place right on the water with fresh tasty food and nice ambience! We especially enjoyed the garlic artichoke flatbread and oyster mushroom gnocchi. Also a nice surprise that it was a vegetarian menu, likely that would be a draw for some people (or deciding factor for others?). We’ll be back for sure.

Hands down one of the best restaurants we have been to. The food and services were outstanding - and the view was the cherry on top! The pasta and flatbread were a hit at the table. The hub will be our first recommendation for anyone visiting Pender island.

Had an AWESOME dinner here. Reserve in advance for a table with killer views. The food is thoughtful, and the menu is well curated for every type of palate. The ingredients and the balance of each dish shows they really care. You have to commend the small team that runs this place, it’s a husband and wife team so there’s the wholesome side of it as well :) stop by and check it out, definitely a memorable dinner and loved the mid century furniture, light jazz, and overall aesthetic vibes! They also make some delicious cocktails, aside from a small, but might wine list of BC and European wines.

Excellent space, top notch food, incredible location actually above the water in a quiet bay. Staff were very accommodating and helpful. Beautiful art on the walls and nice music. We shared focaccia, asparagus, green salad and the best bruschetta we’ve ever had. All the food was very fresh and delicious. Highly recommend this place and making a reservation. It was busy!

Mushroom gnocchi was amazzzzing!! Beet nest salad was interesting and very tasty! Also had a great tarte flambé flat bread. Greeted very nicely and server was very sweet and attentive. Awesome views!! Great cozy spot for dinner that tastes home made and authentic!

A nice quiet restaurant tucked away right on the water.The service was good, restrooms were clean and the food was delicious.My only critique is that I wish the portion sizes were a little bit larger.
