Always helpful and great customer service they don't push you to get anything that you don't want. They help me get things checked and replaced and charge very minimal to no amount. Very happy with this location. Keep up the good work guys, you rock!

Hi, I went to Mr.Lube today for some car services. I have to say that they were speedy, efficient, and got the job done quickly. There staff members are quite friendly, respectful and polite, especially Happy, he assisted me with my car and he was very good at his work. He is also very quick and professional. His customer service is great and he makes sure that no customer goes without being fully satisfied with the work. He is quite informative as he cleared all of my queries. I would definitely recommend everyone to choose this location of Mr.Lube as they provide the best car services..Thank you!

Today was one of the WORST experiences I’ve ever had at a Mr.Lube. The manager lacked interpersonal skills and conflict deescalation. He continuously gave me a load of garbage about safety when they actually HAVE dealt with the same issue prior, and chose not to do anything about it. Although he screwed up, he tried to offer different solutions to fix it but they would be a waste of time, and I would have to come back when inconvenient for me. I will say he tried his best but it definitely wasn’t enough. Sohail was an absolute ray of sunshine! He took care of my case like a pro and I appreciated every single moment he was assisting me. He is the best, the most honest person there even though he pushes sales heavy (only on things you need though you can trust him). He will tell you what’s good straight up and I appreciate it. If you come to this Mr Lube please ask for him he’ll deal with you proper. Overall a bad experience but good try.

I bought 4 brand new Aluminum Wheels to be mounted on my winter tires. I went to Mr Lube at Donmills and Finch location to get them balanced. I repeatedly asked them to make sure they are careful as to not scratch and damage my brand new wheels. They assured me its routine work for them. However I got nervous when I saw them using a sharp object to remove my existing wheel weights. They scratched 3 out of the 4 tires and damaged 2 of my wheels from the outside that hurts looking at. When complained they said these things happen and it's not intentional. Who do they think customers are ignorant? Of course nobody does a damage intentionally, however no excuse for carelessness due to work performed by inexperienced people. Think twice before you take your vehicle to Mr lube for a wheel job, most likely they will scratch/ damage your wheels.They should stick to their Lube service and not try to do tire work that should be left for tire workshops. I have complained to the area manager. Will update review after I hear from him.

These people stole my car. I was driving by in my 2013 honda civic and I saw them in a parking lot across the street. There was a park nearby, so I parked to go look around and come back and talk to the guy who called it in. While I was out I saw my car pull up out of the corner of my eye with another car following it, so I ran back to my car and tried to get it into reverse. But the wheels wouldn't go, so I got into my car and called 911. Then the guy with the garage team came over and found the keys in the ignition and put the car into neutral and started to push it away. But it was going too fast and hit a curb.The garage team pulled it away from the curb but I didn't get it far because there was another car approaching from behind, so he had to get the car away. I didn't get the license plate, but there are so many cars coming up the road. Mr lube is also nice to have around for painful things - which is what you usually need lube for

Great service at this location I have visited a lot of location but they always welcome warmly and the manager Mr. Happy he always helps me he gives me good deals. I just bought tires today from here and he gave lowest price then Costco and I bet if anyone comes here will not go out unhappy because manager and staff are there to help and the whole team as well is great and helpfulThank you so muchMr Lube don mills and finch for your help and politeness every time see you next time.Hassan N.
