Jake is wise beyond his years, his coaching is proffesional, respectfull, & authentic. He held me accountable to my goals and together we solved many of the problems I was facing both in my personel and proffesional life.

Jake manages to make coaching a simple and enriching experiance. He puts the client at the center of all the work being done. Jake has no agenda - your goals are what matter and Jake brings only that which furthers your development. Jake is also continuesly progressing him self, which means that he'll often introduce something new that is relevant to something you touched on last time - because he looked further into the subject after you brought it up. This highlights how Jake doesn't stop working just because the session ends. He's working for you even when you aren't there to see it.
