The theater itself is quite nice inside. The sound of the house band equipment experience of the sound man is music to your ears ...when playing there. Nice venue, standing and/or seating with tables. Well stocked bar with great server/service. Holds 185 patrons I believe for capacity.

Went to see Ace of Wands from Toronto. Amazing band, drinks are a little pricey ($9 each for ciders) but great venue, great sound, beautiful atmosphere.

Heartwood is a magical place in the heart of Owen Sound. Every show I've been to there has been a memory, an experience, something never to be forgotten. I absolutely love this place and will continue to support them, and the artists they bring in, forever.

Still disappointed that we never got to see the show, Greg (the owner) was kind enough to give me a full refund. Will we attend any other events? If we do, will make sure to get plenty early to get a seat. Probably won’t be attending any shows that have the potential to be sold out.It’s a nice venue and I’m sure it could be a good time, if you don’t mind a large crowd.Thank you Greg for taking the time to reach out and help make things right.

so, I had to select a star in spite of the fact I’ve never been.I checked the website and there is absolutely nothing about accessibility for people with mobility issues. With this venue being the main spot for the Mother’s Day events in 2023, is there a plan in place to provide access to moms who use walkers or wheelchairs?My mom can’t do stairs at all which means she will miss out on what’s happening inside the hall.
