Wasaga Dental Centre

So impressed with my visit today. It has been a year since I’ve been here and there have been some changes including staff! First thing I noticed was the upgrade with the decor of the place! Who knew a dental office could be so pleasing to look at. This immediately made me feel comfortable with my visit along with the reception staff who greeted me. I love that I get to correspond with the office via email as that works best for me. They are always quick to respond which I appreciate in my busy day. My hygienist was kind, thorough and answered all my questions with a smile on her face! Dr.Kooner informed me of my options with my dental plan and informed me of pricing too which is always helpful when making decisions that can be costly. The perfect end to my visit was the offering of a Perrier, Starbucks Frappuccino or cookie???!! How kind. The attention to providing a wonderful customer experience will have me staying at this dentist (and my family) for the foreseeable future. I will definitely spread the word about this office. The most welcoming and friendly dental experience I’ve had. I was very nervous going, but Dr.Kooner and the dental assistants make you feel comfortable and no judgement at all. Dr.Kooner explains everything straight forward and is very knowledgeable! They addressed my needs quickly and we’re able to get me in and taken care of. I highly recommend going to this dentistry. Dr.Kooner and the staff at Wasaga Dental are amazing! Everyone is so welcoming and comforting. Dr.Kooner always explains exactly what to expect during the appointment which really helps calm your nerves and being able to watch Netflix during the procedure is a great distraction!! I would highly recommend Wasaga Dental!

Few weeks ago my 84 year old mom had dental emergency. Wasaga Dental acepted her within 20 minutes and staff was wonderful and very friendly. Dr. Kooner was very pleasant and professional with my mom who doesnt speek english. Diagnosis was made quickly and treatment was assigned accordingly. Extremely happy with service. Highly recommended!

I am not a fan of going to the dentist. However, the team was great as I had to have two teeth filled and the remainder of a tooth root removed. I was concerned about the pain and there was no pain. Thank you so much for making the experience so much better. Thank you

We had a wonderful first visit. We were treated like we’d been going there forever. My wife had broken a tooth three days prior and emailed the office on a Friday night. She actually received an email on the weekend when they were closed to say“ come in Monday morning and we will fix your tooth”! Amazing.My visit was also a pleasant experience, very professional and so friendly. Hygienist was awesome!!Len & Tracy

Dr. Koonar is a very gentle, caring dentist. He explained everything that he was going to do, even explained the xrays. I haven't had such a gentle dentist since my childhood dentist. He made sure the numbing gel was quite effective before administrating the needle to freeze my mouth and then checked to see if I had some feeling still, which I did . I NEVER felt the needle going in at all ! Natalie the hygienist that did alot of my work, is a very caring professional new hygienist. She explained everything she was doing before she did her work. Saw that I was anxious about the freezing needle and automatically comforted me. She even had a movie all picked out and set up for me to watch as my procedure was being done. The young ladies at the desk are great too. They book your next appointment , and even file your insurance claimI love this dental office. Thank you Natalie and Dr. Koonar for making a trip to the dentist not so bad anymore

I’ve been coming here for a few years now and it’s always been a good experience. My hygienist Lucy is great! Dr Kooner fixed a couple of minor chips and did a fantastic job! Highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a new dentist.

Best Dental place EVER! Everyone is so sweet and it is so comfortable in there. They make sure everything is comfortable for you, and you get to chose what you want like a show you want to watch on Netflix or a nice comfy pillow and etc. They did a great job with my teeth as well, amazing staff! so 10/10 place!!

I spend the summers in Wasaga. During this stay I started feeling tooth pain and it continued to get worse throughout the night until my cheek was visibly swollen. I called Dr. Kooner and he saw me asap. He diagnosed the issue, gave me the treatment needed and had the X-rays available for my Dentist in Toronto. He was friendly, professional and extremely competent. If I was living in Wasaga permanently I would snatch him up as my family dentist.
