Bought the new house and previous owner forgot password so I phone in to ask reset for a new password, they told me:- $120 for new account activation or create a new ticket or something something dont care,-$80/hh for technician to come,-$12.50 (5 MINS FROM THEIR COMPANY TO MY HOUSE ACCORDING TO GOOGLE MAP) to drive to my house?Total of $250 approx. plus tax to change password"!!? for half hour !? all it took is half hour to reset password...so can you imagine how much its gonna cost you to have them? I'm throwing that system in garbage no star!!! not to mention 45 mins wait online

Purchased a business from previous owner and had Chubb security system installed I called them to get it transferred to my name , they wanted $300+ to transfer to my name , and they were charging $45 a month . I called Prices Alarms and they only charge $25 a month and they never charged me anything for new setup and now Chubb keeps calling the store phone line and keep bugging my manager their .
