They were able to swiftly transform a difficult situation into a non-stressful one. The driver arrived earlier than expected. He was courteous, knowledgeable, competent, and approachable. I should also add the flatbed truck he was driving. It was spotless both inside and out, and it was a pleasure to ride in. I'd employ them again.

Service at Canadian Tire Road Side assistance is awful..I I have been a member for 15 years...Employees ignore customer concerns and do not messages accurately or cleary...I was left in St. Catharines stranded with a car problem MAY 18, 2019 and they cannot use a Debit Visa Card? What is wrong with this Canadian Company. Thank God for CAA membership..I DO NOT RECOMMEND>.
