I have used them for years and had always been satisfied however this time has been a problem. My furnace wouldn't turn on and the tech replaced the blower motor. The next day I went to the hospital and when I returned a few days later I had the exact same problem continuing. They came out again and it turns out that it was a different motor that had been failing it's clear it was mis-diagnosed costing me $429.00 now I have to spend between $250 & $300 for part plus labor to get the original problem fixed. I called and they said they would see what they could do and would call me back never heard anything. Very dissatisfied. I'm on social security continuing medical bills and paying for things that didn't need replaced. So go now I have to turn off that breaker then turn it back on and tap on the motor lightly and the furnace starts, what a solution.UPDATE: Within hours Capital Supply reached out to me with a very satisfactory solution. Andre was very pleasant and did everything he could to solve the problem which he did. I'm very pleased.
