Room was great. Service was excellent. Beds were comfy. Great place to stay.

Overpayed for a disgusting room. Carpet is torn and dirty, bedsheets felt like a damp sandpaper which I never knew was a feeling until then, didn't use the shower but glad I didn't after reading the reviews here. Also $200 for a damage deposit? I travel for a living and have never paid that much for a damage deposit. Maybe if it was a high end hotel. But this one sure isn't. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Went to play vlts in the vlt lounge on October 21st around 10 pm place was packed heat was cranked … everybody was dehydrated and sick and taking turns going outside to cool off ? Isn’t the air conditioning in a bar supposed to be cold ? It was way too hot and we would suggest they find the air conditioning panel and crank it…. Been to this lounge lots never this warm .

Overall, it's great, the room area is secured, the room is quiet, it fills all your needs, and it's affordable.The VLT room bring some sketchy people. I was bringing my things from my car, and the customer outside interacted with me being way out of place. Might not recommend for solo traveling women.

Great front desk service, he recommended where to eat and swiftly dealt with some logistical issues. The room we got was huge, lots of room and take a rest after a whole week of camping in different parks. Got some really good rest before our drive to Regina.TV has many channels that require payment, so only limited option. The side we are on faces residential apartments, so we left the blinds closed.

Reasonably priced jacuzzi suites. Rooms are nothing spectacular but they are clean and not overly expensive. Clearer instructions on how to use jacuzzi, phone and tv would be an improvement as well as having a microwave in the room. Comfy bed and room. Coffee in the room is DISGUSTING so expect to have to order one in the morning or go across the street to 711 for one. Friendly staff, reasonable prices. Would stay again.

Horrible place to stay. Tried to give me a room with a full bed when I paid for a queen. Rooms are extremely small with no place to move. You get a queen and 2 small night stands with about 1 1/2 feet to walk around. Bathroom was dirty and the faucet leaked all night. Carpet was torn and dirty. Paid for room (tax included) but they still charged me tax when I checked out. They took my card at check in for “ incidentals” but used that $75.00 plus charged an additional $16.56 to cover the tax. We woke the person at the desk up and he was extremely rude and didn’t answer any of our questions, just kept rubbing his eyes and looking like he wanted to sit back down in his green chair and put his feet back up. I’ve been in the travel industry for over 34 years and never in all my travel, domestic or international, have I seen a place as bad as this. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
