Staff were amazing and thorough, they serviced my RV and I will definitely go back and buy my next trailer there.

I was checking our RV out on Thursday before heading to an event on Sunday and noticed a slight propane odour. Concerned about getting this looked at before we headed out, I called CarlCox to see if there was any chance of getting it looked at.They were very accommodating and booked me in first thing Saturday morning. I got to the store and met with Glen Cox - he got his tech, Kevin, on the case right away. Kevin was very knowledgeable and was able to fix the problem right away - he also gave me a few regular maintenance" tips which were appreciated.I've been looking for a place close by to take care of any service needs that I can't handle and

Terrible experience! I called last year because I needed a service person Glen said he would book me for end of August he was too busy even though I called in June. I said ok and asked if I should call back at that time or will someone call me he said someone will call well no one called. I said ok they must be very busy, but I was patient and waited for this year to come and I called in April well he was annoyed that I called him again, and told me August again! Appalling attitude and appalling service! We were willing to pay double just to get all this work complete but I guess they really don't need everyone's money they must be doing very well, perhaps more repairs competition would help these guys since they are struggling to take on clients ;)

We have had a wonderful experience here! For being first time buyers Catherine helped us and explained what we could look at for towing capacity as we just have a half ton, she knew exactly which trailers we could tow and gave us options on what we needed. We went back 3-4 times to look at the trailer to make sure it was the right fit for us and she was always friendly and accommodating. The service team is also great they took us through the trailer to show us how all the features work & when we had some problems that popped up after using it for the first time they squeezed us in the next day & had it fixed before noon same day, no charge. They have gone above and beyond to make us extremely happy customers & we will absolutely come back or recommend our friends & family to go there!!!!

Great service and very knowledgeable when I showed up with old parts that needed to be replaced. They didn't have it in stock because of the age of them, but two days later they called and the parts were in.Thanks

Well we come to the end of the third season with our new rv. Although our sales experience was very good, I must say service has not been very satisfying at all. When our rv was delivered three seasons ago, the awning was damaged during delivery. It was noted, it was ordered (so sales said), spoke to service(they told us it was not). Then COVID hit(2nd season) and service told us the rv plant in the states was closed and the awning was on back order until they start up again. 3rd season, spoke to service again and they said that the parts company has since closed or has been bought out by another company and they can’t get that awning anymore. We then checked with our rv manufacturer directly, and to our amazement(NOT!), they never closed, they never got bought out, they still supply the awning in question. Since we told Glen, Jeff and Catharine Cox of their deception and lies they have put us on permanent ignore! Don’t buy from these people and if you do, get your warranty work and servicing done elsewhere! Very disappointing experience overall!

We were very pleased with Glen and his team for our recent motorhome service. The work was done efficiently and economically. Special thanks to Kevin for his attention to detail and his patience walking us through the new equipment. We will be return customers.

We have been taking our Class A motorhome to Carl Cox RV for service for 11 years. They are a small operation and busy all of the time, but have always had time for us. I should have written a review 10 years ago. This year we had bigger problems than the usual and Glen Cox figured out a solution and again went above and beyond to get us back on the road and exceeded our expectations. We've really enjoyed dealing with Glen, his employees and this family company. We've never felt over charged for anything and have always found them very fair to deal with. We look forward to doing business here for years to come.

Friendly staff and a good selection of RV's (and a few used cars)... the location look a bit sketchy but it's worth stopping in.
