I went in to get my muffler put on,they used 3 different piping found around the shop I’m assuming,welds were horrible if I knew that this is how my exhaust was gonna come out I would’ve never went. 400$ down the drain sounds exactly like it was when I brought it in more exhaust leaks then anything. And the fact that I could’ve gone to muffler works and paid half that for a way better job

Wow great service and one of the best auto mechanics my wife and I have ever used, we moved out of the area but seriously would drive all the way back just to reuse this service. Our suv fuel pump broke, they took care of us right away! Great service very fast and he even showed me everything that was wrong. I felt very happy with the service and pleased with how fast they fixed it :) definitely recommend! Saved our family trip! Thank you Hawkeyes!

I've found my New Automotive store to do business with. Dropped by lunchtime Jan 4th to ask if they could check why my brake light was on .The mechanic actually showed me the reason and said he could have it fixed in few hrs. Also showed me my prior mechanic had put my snow tire on the wrong way .Great service and price . I'll definitely be returning here as I'm new to Niagara Falls .Thank you guys for being so honest and efficient.
