Wouldn’t recommend this place. They didn’t want to make the order of what I wanted because they were too lazy to do so. Soo I ordered something else then the guy proceeds to tell me that he can’t toast my wrap because he already closed the machine. As someone that works in the food industry that’s a great way of pushing away customers. Anywho he was nice enough to microwave my wrap

My Chipotle wrap had a drop or sauce. Dry as the desert. Staff was laughing with each other as they called me for my order. Skip this store

I am one of those people who need frequent stops during long drives. I stopped at this Tim Hortons location on my way back to Montreal from Quebec City. It was very close to the highway exit ramp, which made it an ideal location for a quick stopover. I ordered a frozen coffee (whatever they call it), because I needed to perk up to finish the drive without falling asleep. A few brain freezes later, I was ready to go. Coffee was average, service was above average, location was excellent.

2 stars because the employees were polite and trying to give a good customer service.Place needs serious cleaning, there were debris on the floor near the employee's workstation, order pickup station was not clean. Bins were not cleaned.Employees need some supervision and a proper. direction, theu have zero coordination. Clean environment is a safe environment, and that should be a priority, specifically when you are in food business.

Nice and not expensive. Tasty food. If you want a HOT cappuccino- better mention it. Otherwise, you can get an iced one by default.

Today, October 14 2021, me and my family were denied an option to dine inside the restaurant as we did not have a Quebec-issued COVID vaccine QR code. As residents of Ontario, we only have an option to print or download vaccination receipts from Health Ontario website. After having presented them, along with Ontario driver's license, I was told that this was not acceptable as I had to get approval from Quebec". Despite trying to explain to the person taking our order that we do not have this option in Ontario and that we can't get a Quebec-issued QR code
