We had a REALLY tough time matching our faucet to our cabinet handles. We went to Richelieu and had Neil help us. Neil knew exactly which color went with our faucet within a minute!! And sure enough it was spot on. So happy with the service! He saved us so much time and was great at answering all of our questions

Bought 14 of these expensive drawer pulls for my bathroom reno. Nearly half of the globes have separated from the knobs. Apparently Richelieu doesn’t know how to use adhesives. Do not purchase from this company. Overpriced garbage.

I believe they really need to improve on the customer service. Salesmen need to be more product knowledgeable. It's not really helpful, if a customer needs to spend so much time trying to find the correct product code. And at the end it turns out that they don't even carry the required product.

Used to be a good place. Perhaps because of the pandemic, perhaps... just because, but it has become a waste of time. Today, for example, I wasted more than an hour buying" some items

Terrible customer service. I called to place an order but there was an issue with the PST # not being set up on our account. After Resolving the PST # with the credit department, i called back to place an order but the salesman did not answer so I left a voicemail. The salesman did not return my call. I called the next morning and the person that answered the phone said the salesman i was working with was in the office, however, he didn't answer and it went to voicemail. I called a second time and the same person answered but quickly sent me to the salesman voicemail. The third time i called they did not answer period and my call transferred to the Richmond branch.

This is NOT a store but you would never think that is the case with a parking lot for visitors and showroom full of product that may or may not be set out for sale.From the amount of walk-in customers that could very well travel and walk into this location there very well should be the ability to take cash sales.Lee Valley has a retail business, why not Richelieu Vancouver?

One of the best store in vancouver and surrounding areas for kitchen accessories. Either you are remodeling or constructing from scratch and want to customize to your choice then you must visit here. Staff is helpful and can guide on somethings but make sure you have measurements, that will make your life easy.

If I could go anywhere else, I would. This place is the definition. There were exactly 8 employees when I walked in through the customer door. I asked the first guy if he could help me. This guy just looked at me and then walked away. Then I talked to the other brown guy behind him and he also ignored me. I stood there and rung the bell. The Asian lady kept looking at me but she couldn’t care less. About twenty minutes after me standing there, one of the the now 12 employees in that area comes up to me and asks if I’ve been helped. I said no. This guy asks the same Asian lady to help me, and she rolls her eyes and walked past. She does come back five minutes later, but that is unacceptable. If you know I’ve been standing there for over 20 minutes, you don’t pretend like you don’t see me. I’m a big dude. I am fairly easy to spot. Worst service ever. That’s not even the worst part. I was told to wait next to the courier pickup for my order. It took another twenty minutes for that to come out. I hope this place reevaluates the people it chooses to have represent the company and the manner they do so. There is literally no way the service could have been worse. They could have shanked me in the warehouse and left me to bleed to death and that would be a less painful experience than coming here. Don’t come here. Unless you like suffering… then this is the perfect spot for you.

While Richelieu hardware is awesome - their support service contracts are pathetic. I waited weeks for a product(prepaid for both product and delivery). Weeks later - I received a call from a post depot saying they were about to return my parcel. I had no notice that the parcel was delivered there. Delivery Subcontractors are NOT doing their jobs - even if the Richelieu completed the order - their delivery failed 100%. Consumers beware !

Getting your items takes a bit longer than you would expect but the people working in the sales room are always extremely helpful, friendly, and professional. Be aware that they're wholesalers so you'll need an account with them to buy things.
