0.000 rating.This use to be my favourite Tim Hortons to go too. Friendly, and AMAZING service.Since September 2022 it’s gone down hill with management and the staff.They will never get your order right, they rush you, talk behind your back and also have EXTREMELY ARROGANT & RUDE employees working especially during the night shifts. I will never come here again along with many that have witnessed the chaos of this place.For three months straight of driving myself and friends. Nothing has ever went smoothly… you guys really need to moderate & look into the people you hire.I’ve never dealt with such arrogance in ANY kind of industry. Definitely went down hill. I recommend any other Tim Hortons than this one!!! Save yourself the stress & trouble. Ps. If you notice the only good reviews are Local Guide people that call in ahead of time (of course they get good service)

Men's washroom at this location looks like it never gets cleaned. Every time I go to use the washroom there is fecal matter on and around the toilet , the walls, the toilet paper dispenser. Been times I go to front counter to tell them they're out of toilet paper and they said they don't have any so I took a rag from behind the counter and used it. Night shift should have to clean it atleast once during the night too.

Just came here for the first time in 3 years because they always mess my order up and ordered a sausage breakfast sandwich on a biscuit and got a bacon breakfast sandwich. Lmao guess nothings changed. Sick of Tim hortons they’ll never get one penny again.
